The Pulaski County Regional Solid Waste Management District is proposing amendments to its Regulations. These amendments to the Regulations involve updates of grammar corrections, definitions and an increase in the solid waste tipping fee rates that were approved by the District Board of Directors. A Public Hearing will be held on November 19, 2019 at the Regional Recycling & Waste Reduction District Office at 10:00 am. All interested parties are welcome. Written comments will be accepted by the District until 4:30 pm on November 18, 2019, and may be hand-delivered or mailed to the Regional Recycling & Waste Reduction District office located at 300 Spring Street, Suite 200, Little Rock, AR 72201.
