INVITATION TO BID: WASTE TIRES

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

District 2 Waste Tire Accountability Program is requesting competitive sealed bids to enter into a term contract for the pick-up, loading, transporting, and processing of waste tires from the District’s 27-county service area. Bids shall be submitted for pick-up/loading/transporting of waste tires to a processor, or for processing only of waste tires delivered to the processing facility, or for both transport and processing. The District will receive sealed bids until 2 p.m. local time, Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2023, at 300 Spring Building, Suite 200, Little Rock, AR 72201. Bids will be opened at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2023.
