EPIC Glass Recycling, A Newly Established Nonprofit Organization, Has Ramped Up Operations In Central Arkansas

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Little Rock, Arkansas, March 10, 2022, EPIC Glass Recycling, a newly established 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, has ramped up operations in Central Arkansas.

Spearheaded by local businessmen Courtney Little and Bob Crawford, the company is now operational with crews actively collecting glass from both Commercial and Residential participants.

EPIC Glass Recycling (EGR) is dedicated to reducing glass waste in the Natural State by offering Residential curbside pick-up, free public drop-off recycling locations, as well as Commercial pickup services for restaurants, bars, and businesses.

Recycled glass can be reprocessed without any degradation to the products it produces, meaning it’s 100% recyclable, infinitely. EGR will strive to educate, build awareness, and engage citizens to participate in this community effort, taking a lead role in improving Arkansas’ environment and economy. Specifically, the organization’s efforts to divert glass from Arkansan’s landfills will have a tangible impact in our state by:

  • Allowing taxpayer dollars to be diverted from operating landfills to other more important needs.
  • Reducing greenhouse gas emissions released into our atmosphere.
Conserving the massive amounts of raw materials used to make container glass.
  • Creating jobs to help collect and recycle glass
  • Reducing liter through the increased visibility of drop-off centers and collection points.

EGR is focused on Keeping the Natural State Natural! Their new non-profit is designed to eliminate glass from overflowing landfills, reduce environmental concerns, and
reduce manufacturing costs.
