Pulaski County opened the first construction and demolition debris recycling facility in Arkansas in partnership with Central Arkansas Recycling and Disposal Services (CARDS). The goal of the comprehensive service center is to accept, sort and recycle as much construction and demolition material as possible to preserve valuable air space for landfills in Pulaski County.
